- A project may require an upfront payment before work begins.
- Remaining payments are due according to the agreed project milestones or before final delivery.
- Delayed payments may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are cleared.
- All applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
- Supply all required content, images, logos, and branding materials.
- Respond to approval requests and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure they have the legal rights to use all content provided to RKETECH.
Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- RKETECH retains ownership of all concepts, source code, design assets, templates, and development materials until full payment is received.
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables specifically agreed upon in the project contract.
- RKETECH reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Website Content
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the content they provide. RKETECH is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark violations, or illegal content submitted by clients.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, or software tools.
RKETECH is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Changes in pricing or policies
- Service interruptions
- Security issues caused by third-party platforms
8. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be considered additional work and billed separately.
9. Project Delivery
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Client response times
- Project complexity
- Third-party dependencies
- Requested revisions
- Technical requirements
RKETECH will make every reasonable effort to deliver projects on schedule.
10. Website Maintenance
Unless covered under a maintenance agreement, RKETECH is not responsible for ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring, or content changes after project completion.
Maintenance services may be purchased separately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKETECH shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Website downtime caused by third-party services
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
If a project is terminated:
- The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Any unpaid deliverables, source files, or assets will remain the property of RKETECH until outstanding payments are settled.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
14. Changes to These Terms
